Throughout human history, empires have risen and fallen.<br />没有什么东西是永恒的。纵观人类历史，帝国总是起起落落。</p><p>In the past 2,500 years, China went through 16 great dynasties. While some of these dynasties lasted centuries, they did eventually fall.<br />在过去的2500年来，中国经历了16个伟大的王朝。其中一些持续了数个世纪之久，但它们最终都走向灭亡。</p><p>I expect Communist China will fall. Perhaps not for another century or two, but fall it will.<br />我想共产主义中国也有一天会灭亡。也许在一、两个世纪内不会发生，但它终将灭亡。</p><p>As the longest continuous civilization state, China will continue under a different political regime. How it will look like is anybody’s guess.
