This story comes from Brazil and is about the so-called "mão de deus", the hand of God.

It was in 2020 when there were so many seriously ill patients with Covid in Brazilian hospitals.

The method was developed by a Brazilian nurse to break the barrier of isolation and provide comfort to her patients. Because, as we all know, seriously ill patients with Covid cannot count on the comfort of their relatives. Because they're not allowed in.

This nurse was having trouble measuring oxygen levels in a covid patient because his hand was freezing cold.

So she filled two disposable gloves with warm water and wrapped them around the patient's hand, restoring circulation within minutes.
