During cross-examination, Harry clashed with MGN's lawyer and asserted that phone hacking was widespread. He also mentioned distress caused by articles and invasive paparazzi encounters.This trial marks the first time a senior royal has given evidence in court since 1891. The trial is expected to last seven weeks, and MGN is contesting most of the allegations.
