My fiancé passed in a motorcycle accident while I was in chemo.
当我在做化疗时，我的未婚夫因为摩托车事故去世了。

He knew how difficult the treatment was on my mind and body so he always had a joke or concept to make me smile.
他很理解我的身体和心灵在接受治疗时是多么难受，所以他总是讲笑话逗我开心。(concept这里怎么翻？)

Every single day he had a way to pull that laugh from me.
每一天他都有办法让我开怀大笑。

I couldn’t figure out what would be next as he just found some way to keep it a sort of mystery.
我想象不到接下来会发生什么，因为他用某种方法让故事神秘不已。

Ughh how can I say this without sounding weird (deep breath)… I was on my last session into remission (still had chemo left when he passed) and the day I rang the bell I went to the beach with some balloons…

I wrote my messages and let each go at random.

One particular started to float away and a gust of wind kick in, reversing it back to me.
一个细节渐渐浮出水面，一阵狂风吹来，我恍然大悟。

Attempted the release once more and turned to walk away and it was coming back.

My friend captured it on video. As weird as it was I did in fact smiles with giggle through the tears.

Call it what you want but it makes me smile even this very moment.
