What is the "socialist agenda" and why is it bad?

The “socialist agenda” is about democratising the economy and giving ordinary people the maximum amount of control over the decisions that affect their lives.

It isn’t bad except to people who believe that a democratic economy is bad.

Of those who do not want a democratic economy, there are two types: corporatists and libertarians. The corporatists are elitisys that want to maintain unaccountable power, whereas the libertarians believe that the economy should be left to individuals pursuing self-interest without interference.
不想要经济民主化的主要是两类人：社团主义者和自由主义者。社团主义者是想要保有不需解释的权力的精英主义者，而自由主义者相信不应该干预经济，而要把空间留给个人去追求他们的自身利益。

The latter, although I disagree with them, at least hold to a defensible position.

I believe that worker cooperatives are a good idea but there seem to be few of them and I don’t understand why. Workers themselves would have to organize them and it doesn’t seem to be happening.
